OpenCPI now supports OpenCL

The initial implementation of the OpenCL (OCL) OpenCPI container has been released. Existing OpenCL kernels can be easily adapated for use as OpenCPI OCL workers. The OCL container eliminates the need to write OpenCL host code which reduces the amount of work required to take advantage of an OpenCL enabled device.
